Pre-UIL Benchmark Assessment- DATE CHANGE- Friday, March 22

Bands One, Two, and Three will perform their UIL programs at the Pre-UIL Benchmark Assessment on Friday, March 22 in the L.D. Bell Auditorium. Please note this date has CHANGED from the original calendar due to a conflict with another district event.

Attire for all students is concert uniform (checked out to students this week). Ladies need to wear closed-toed black shoes. Gentlemen need to have black socks, black dress shoes, white tux shirt, and bow tie. If you need a new tux shirt/bow tie please see the order form. Order forms and money must be turned in by Tuesday, March 19 to get your replacement shirt/tie in time for Pre-UIL

 

Here is the schedule for Pre-UIL:

Concert Band (Band Three):

Call for students (meet on Stage)  – 4:40pm

Warm-up – 5:00pm

Stage Performance  – 5:30pm

Sight-reading  – 6:00pm

 

Symphonic Band (Band Two):

Call for students (meet in Band Hall)  – 5:00pm

Warm-up  – 5:30pm

Stage Performance – 6:00pm

Sight-reading – 6:40pm

 

Wind Symphony (Band One):

Call for students (meet in Orchestra Room)  – 5:30pm

Warm-up  – 6:00pm

Stage Performance – 6:45pm

Sight-reading – 7:30pm
