9:00 am- Arrive @ Birdville FAAC
9:00 am-9:55 am-unload/restroom/org. equip./get water, wrap, & plume/assemble for trans.
9:55 am-trans. to warm-up Area B
10:10 am-standing by @ Area B
10:20 am-10:50 am-warm-up @ Area B
11:05 am-report to gate
11:15 am-Prelims performance
11:30 am-12:15 pm-pack and load
12:15 pm-depart Birdville FAAC
12:30 pm-arrive at L.D. Bell HS
12:30 pm-12:45 pm-hang up uniforms, change to blue dry wicks, shorts, practice tanks (guard)
12:30-2:00 pm- Lunch (own), rest, shower, etc…
2:00 pm-call time at Raider Bowl (bibs, blue dry wick, black shoes, black socks, guard practice attire)
2:30-4:30 pm pm-rehearsal
4:30 pm-Drum Majors depart to Birdville FAAC for Prelims Award Ceremony (5:15 pm-Presentation of Awards/Full Uniform w/ plume)
4:30 pm- Pit/Challenging Marchers load trucks, pick up box dinner and depart for Birdville FAAC to unload
4:30 pm-5:30 pm- Winds, Battery, Guard eat box dinner and change into full uniform
5:30 pm- All ready to go in full uniform in Band Hall
