Please see the handouts below pertaining to the trip to Tulsa on Saturday, October 13. A detailed itinerary is shown as well as a medication plan for students who regularly take prescription medication. If medication is necessary, it should be delivered to the Band Hall on Saturday morning between 4:15 and 4:30 am. Additionally, for parents who would like their student(s) to travel back with them, there is a release form that must be turned in AT THE BUSES (not before) following awards on Saturday evening.
