Below is the itinerary for UIL Concert & Sight-Reading Contest Tuesday, April 17 & Wednesday, April 18 at Haltom High School. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend the performances.

 

Band 3- Tuesday, April 17

7:50 am – Call Time-Full Concert Attire with all equipment and instruments together

8:00 am-8:45am- Warm up/rehearse spots

8:45 am – Spot 2 HEB Drivers and buses in the Band hall parking lot

9:00 am – Load

9:05 am – Depart LD Bell

9:35 am – Arrive HHS

9:45 am – Standing By

10:15 am – Warm-up

10:45 am – Concert

11:15 am – Sight-read

11:50 am – Depart HHS with HEB drivers

12:15 pm – Arrive LD Bell & Change

12:41 pm – Everyone Report to C Lunch in Cafeteria to eat

1:24 pm- Report to 4^th period in Band Hall

 

Band 2- Wednesday, April 18

6:00 am- Call Time-Full Concert Attire with all equipment

6:40 am- Spot 2 Buses driven by Coaches in the Band hall parking lot (Osborn/Morrison)

6:50 am- Load

6:55 am- Depart LD Bell

7:25 am- Arrive HHS

7:30 am- Standing By

8:00 am- Warmup

8:35 am- Concert

9: 10 am- Sight-read

9:55 am- Depart HHS with 2 HEB driven buses

10:15 am- Arrive LD Bell and change

11:18 am- Report to 3^rd  period/Lunch

 

Band 1- Wednesday, April 18

*** All students should take A Lunch and Change into Full Concert Attire with all equipment ***

12:01pm – Call Time in Full Uniform

12:40 pm– Spot 2 Buses driven by HEB Bus Drivers in the Band hall parking lot

12:50 pm- Load 2 HEB driven buses

1:00 pm- Depart LD Bell

1:30 pm- Arrive HHS

1:40 pm- Standing By

2:05- Warmup

2:50 pm- Concert

3:35 pm- Sight-read

4:05 pm- Depart HHS with 2 coach-driven busses

4:35 pm – Arrive LD Bell
