Community Performance and Dinner – Wednesday, August 19th

Come celebrate the achievements of all L.D. Bell Band Members at their annual community performance being held this Wednesday night! Also come hungry and eat a delicious dinner of Grilled Chicken or Smoked Pork Tacos provided by the Band Boosters. Each taco will be $2 per person or $5 for 3 tacos plus $1 for a bottled water. The serving will begin at 5:30pm so that students can also partake in the taco meal (same costs apply to them… sorry!). Come hungry and eat out in the parking lot (no outside food or drink is allowed in the stadium) and then watch the progress of the students with a performance beginning at 9pm!

The schedule for Wednesday Night is:

5:30pm – 9:00pm        Freshly grilled Chicken or Smoked Pork Tacos for sale in Pennington Parking Lot ($2 for 1 or $5 for 3)

6:30pm – 8:00pm        Rehearsal for students (regular rehearsal clothes, but full uniform should be brought with each student)

8:00pm – 8:45pm        Students change into Band Uniform in designated bathrooms throughout the stadium

8:45pm – 9:00pm        Students begin line-up for community performance

9:00pm – 9:30pm        Community Performance

Parents, Relatives, Community Stakeholders and friends of the L.D. Bell Band Program are all invited to Pennington Field for all or part of Wednesday Night’s event. See you there!
