The Annual LD Bell Band Banquet will be at the Fort Worth Stockyards Station in the Stampede Room. All students that are current on their band fees are invited. Table signups will be after school on Tuesday, May 6th from 4pm till 5pm. Any student that still has an outstanding balance may pay for the remainder on the sign-up day (Tuesday, May 6th) and will be able to sign up.
Parents and non-band member student guests are invited to attend this event but must sign up on the designated sign up day (Tuesday, May 6th from 4pm-5pm) in the Cafeteria. The cost per ticket is $30. Any non-band members must submit an emergency release form with their payment in order to issued a ticket. Please click below for access to the emergency release form. Guest students or parents do not need to be present to be issued a ticket. They must, however, submit $30 (check or cash) and the emergency release form (student guests only) on Tuesday, May 6th from 4pm to 5pm by sending it with someone who will be there.
Please remember that we will only have one opportunity to sign up for band banquet seats. This is so we can give an accurate count to the banquet hall. No exceptions can be made after this date.Share
